We grew up with food as the center of our life, as central as the church. Luis’s father ran the dairy. He bought all the milk from the farmers and made the town’s butters, cream and cheeses. Ignacio comes from a long line of butchers and cooks. His family made the prized chorizo for big fiestas. Our chefs come from similar roots, they get our food.
